This nurse is an incredibly friendly and empathetic nurse who is always willing to do whatever it takes to make a kid smile. She helped me admit a teenage patient to the CICU and we had to travel to CT with him in the middle of the night. This nurse took the time to make the experience fun and piled on warm blankets for the ride downstairs and cracked jokes the whole way. She helped him feel more comfortable in the imaging suite as well and explained what to expect. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her coworkers and never says "no" if a patient needs anything. She's a perfect example of what a Children's Nurse should be!
