My brother wanted to always know what was going on. He wanted the truth and only the truth. Kelly has a unique way to provide that with compassion while being straightforward. My brother was very thankful for that. Kelly always answered questions and concerns. I knew I has someone that my brother and I could count on. I was never uninformed and I knew that all who cared for my brother were up to speed with all of my concerns. She made me and my brother feel at ease and thankful for her help. She treated us like we mattered and gave us a welcome feeling of confidence knowing that she was able to pass those values to the rest of the staff. Kelly got to know me and my brother and based her extensive knowledge and care in ways that mattered to us. It is clear that she knows how to treat people at one of the lowest points of their lives. I did not know how all this was going to go but we were blessed with her help.
