She will go out of the way to assist in whatever help you may need.” Another student wrote: “Mary opens her doors in our very first class of fundamentals. She has seen us begin our nursing career and continues to harbor such a great learning environment that cultivates the minds of prospective nurses.” And finally, another student commented, “Mary is someone who goes above and beyond for her students. She always puts others' needs before herself, an attribute not all nurses have but should. Each day I show up to one of Mary’s classes I know I will be inspired by her passion for nursing and leave excited for what my future holds as a nurse. Mary is my hero.”
