I had a bad reaction to something after my heart cath and became very ill. I was vomiting, choking, and stopped breathing a few times. Doctors came into my room and a bunch of nurses. Erin Bright’s shift was already over, but she stayed by my side talking and comforting me the whole time this episode was going on. She stayed through it all and never left my side. I'm not sure when she left my side because I was in bad shape. I would stop breathing and she would say "Breathe" and I would start breathing again. That happened a few times and her calming voice and gentle touch made me fill like I was in very good hands. Without Erin I don't know what would have happened to me. I think she saved my life.
