I wish to nominate Macy for the leadership and service demonstrated in her daily work. We began working together when she was a new LPN. From the start, this nurse has worked in a positive manner even under the most challenging of situations. Her positive attitude is accompanied by a smile and giggles that are infectious. It is impossible to be anything but productive when she is on shift. Patients, peers, and leaders all compliment her direct care. Shortly after becoming an RN, she was promoted to Operations Coordinator. Since this transition, she has fully engaged in working to advance her professional growth and support divisional goals. She is responsive to requests to support inpatient leadership. She does not fail to complete required tasks and she is most often the first Operations Coordinator to complete required tasks. This nurse makes a difference for our patients each day she works directly and through her team.
