Katie is an amazing example of what it looks like to navigate the ever-changing day to day life of healthcare. Katie has seen a wonderful asset to the LCI Union family for years, but over the last year, Katie has really stepped up to be a unofficial leader in the practice. She is an infusion RN, chemo coordinator for LCI Union & LCI Union West, and has recently been named the interim supervisor for infusion at LCI Union. If this sounds like a lot of roles, it truly is! She is wearing many hats as the practice navigates increased volumes, staffing, space issues, and the resignation of our Clinical Supervisor about two months ago.

Katie is not just a great teammate, but she is a fantastic RN and the patients love her! Katie has a commitment to excellence, compassionate care, and a true joy in what she does for patients and our team. I am thankful to be a part of her team and to see how her influence encompasses what it takes to make Union and Union West awesome places to work!
