He is precise, what I mean is he does his homework. He reads his patient’s charts and keeps abreast of any and all changes to the doctor's direction, of care.
It seems to me that during and because of the Pandemic, people felt compelled to show gratitude to celebrate our doctors and nurses for all they have done. Most real heroes don't even think of themselves as heroes. They do what they do because they love what they do. They don't realize the magnitude of their contribution(s). During my stay at Legacy, I have received some good results and care, and some not so good. The thing I want to share today is the phenomenal care I received from my nurse, James.  Let me give you just a few of the reasons he deserves this honor: He is attentive to his patients, like a good waiter, you never have to ask for anything, he just knows what you need, and gives excellent services. He is precise, what I mean is he does his homework. He reads his patient’s charts and keeps abreast of any and all changes to the doctor's direction, of care. It makes a person feel secure in the care they are receiving from their nurse. He takes time and patience to communicate any health concerns. He always explains what medicines he is giving you, doses, and the reason for the medicine. He made me feel like I was being cared for by a member of my own family.
