Less than a year ago, Alma had been working with a patient whose true identity could not be determined due to the patient's inability to remember. He was confused and lost. Alma never gave up and after a year of talking with him, managed some subtle information upon her own investigation. She had found out that the patient was a missing person from Juarez, Mexico, and had been missing for two years.

The breakthrough came with a different name the patient gave Alma and she took it upon herself to research on her own. She reported her findings to the nursing administration and within a matter of a few days, the patient was reunited with his family.
