Tempie made my delivery and recovery go so smoothly from start to finish. From the literal moment I stepped into her care, she made my mother and me feel as if we were a loved one of hers. Tempie walked us through each and every step of the process, got me set up with anesthesia as per my request immediately as soon as I was able to, held my hand and reassured me before, during, and after labor, and answered every question we had. She has a charming demeanor as well as knowledge and experience.

Because of nurses like her, I would highly recommend UTMB to anyone looking for a hospital to give birth in, and would gladly return here in the event I have another baby. Tempie went above and beyond to ensure the health and well-being of our newborn daughter were in good hands. She provided insightful knowledge on how to tend to our baby and helped us leave with the utmost confidence. Tempie is the perfect example of who should be representing UTMB.
