Ryan is amazing. Whilst my partner R has been here he has been so attentive and caring, and totally reassured me whilst I was worried. He has been a great help and very gentle and professional. I would like to personally thank Ryan very, very much. You are a great asset to any hospital. Well done!!

Ryan is a true professional who is knowledgeable, confident in what he is delivering, and caring and polite. He took care to explain everything thoroughly and gave me timings in relation to when my procedure was due to take place. He was genuinely a very good support to me today.

From the time he started his shift he always made me feel comfortable and at ease answering all my questions. He was always willing to assist and very friendly and very professional. His attitude and eagerness to help were incredible. After my angiogram, he visited my room every 15 minutes to check my wrist and if it was bleeding cleaned it up and massaged my wrist to relieve the pain. He explained the day to the consultant without any faults or hesitation. I have been to several hospitals but his care and warmth are not comparable to other hospitals. Both my wife and my daughter were equally impressed. It was sad to know that he would not be there on the day of my discharge. I was lucky to have him as my allocated nurse and I am sure LBH is equally fortunate to have staff of his caliber.
