She was the perfect definition of C-CARE. I thank her for her hard work and dedication and genuine concern and care for me as her patient. She made me feel like family and catered to my every need with patience, compassion, and understanding. She went above and beyond her job duties as a nurse! Her energy and vibe were so calming and nurturing which helps me feel ok when I was feeling so poorly. She did anything she could to help me feel important, heard, and comforted knowing I was in good hands, she was a true angel. I thank you so very much Nurse Veronica. God Bless you always!

Veronica Prescott was constantly checking up on me and was quick to my needs. She respected my privacy when needed yet continued to be extremely helpful. Her excellent care is eternally appreciated by my family and me.

I nominate Nurse Veronica Prescott on the 3rd floor. Upon my arrival there, I met my nurse Veronica. She was very nice, friendly, respectful, helpful, and an excellent nurse. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure I and the other patients in the room feel safe and important to her. Out of all the nurses, it was something about Veronica from day one. I said you are very patient with us. I feel safe and like she put her all into making sure we had the best of care. I told her if I ever came by, I was going to ask for her. There was some warmness I felt. Thank you, MLK for having such an amazing nurse under your wing.

When I met Veronica Prescott, she was very caring and loving and I felt her presence from there on. She is a DAISY Nurse for the help she gives to the patients. She made me feel very comfortable. I don’t like hospitals, but Ms. Veronica made me feel right at home here at MLKCH. Very caring, accountable, and respectful, and does her work for her patients to the fullest.
