Michelle Dalton was the best Nurse I’ve ever encountered. She was caring, compassionate, understanding and extremely pleasant. My Husband was admitted due to a heart attack and GI issues. Due to the dual care between GI and Cardiology there were a couple of hiccups that resulted in us not knowing the next steps of his care (plus it was the weekend) I explained to her that my husband’s brother unexpectedly passed away 2 days before his heart attack and funeral is 3 days away and we needed to know the plan of care. She immediately got the GI Dr on the phone to talk to me. She then got in contact with Cardiology who came in to discuss options with us. She sat in on the conversation with the Cardiologist and asked if we questions when he left. She was truly AMAZING. Actually, the entire Nursing Team was AWESOME.
