I want you to know that I had a bad history with this hospital because the first time we came here, there was a nurse who treated me impatiently, shouted at me, and was unkind. So when my mother brought me again here, I cried so much and I told her not to bring me again to this hospital, but my mom said it is a good hospital. When I was in the Emergency room, there were two nurses who were so kind and gave me the injection gently without any pain, and they were really patient and kind even when they sent me to my room in Pediatric Unit. Though I was still scared of the nurses at that time, I was surprised that all nurses in the departments were very wonderful to me. Among these nurses, I thank Aida from my heart for the wonderful treatment and concern for me. I told her about my fear and she was very understanding and she made me happy and feel comfortable. She changed my view about this hospital. She apologized to me for what the previous nurse did to me last time, and she showed me her love and care. And If I become sick again, I will choose this hospital and the BEST NURSE that I saw in my life. I wish she will receive an award because she deserves it.
