I recently spent a 2-week period in your hospital for what turned out to be severe heart issues. All but the last day was spent in ICU where I received the greatest care I could have asked for your entire staff was friendly and attentive and very professional. One nurse, in particular, was exceptional. She was my caretaker for several nights and I was always delighted to see that she was in attendance. Her name is Celsey Harpster. I always felt like I had a friend in the room and was able to relax and even kid around with her. She even met many of my family members and they were all very impressed by her. She was great at calming me when it was time for another needle poke or adjusting an IV. The night before my bypass surgery while she was on duty my heart decided it was done beating and just stopped. I don’t remember any of it (thankfully) but have been told that Celsey is responsible for performing the life-saving CPR that eventually brought me back. The surgery went well and she was there to help me through the recovery. I and all of my family are extremely grateful for her quick actions and knowledge in reviving me. I will say again how everyone I encountered and interacted with during my stay was friendly and caring and I thank you all. Especially Celsey.
