I’ve been working with Jamie for almost 10 years, and she is the most caring professional and competent RN that I have had the pleasure to work with. On a daily basis, she demonstrates holistic care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients have successful surgery and recovery. Surgery is such a stressful event for patients and loved ones. Her kind and compassionate greeting will put anyone at ease. If there is an issue or potential issue, she is prompt to address it while keeping the patient and family updated. This is key in our environment in which patients and families want to be informed. She consistently advocates for her patients and co-workers! She is a joy to work with and you can see that being a nurse is her definite calling. She has so many positive attributes I could fill this entire application. I'll just name a few...knowledgeable, empathetic, critical thinker, and leader.
