When I was referred to Tawam Hospital Oncology Department, me and my family were completely upset and ignorant about the treatment procedures. From Day 1, Ms. Suma played a vital role in bringing the treatment, procedures, plans, guidance, instructions, etc, in a caring/compassionate manner.
