My wife was admitted three times in two months. Each time, Tiffany showed concern and compassion in providing care. She was responsive and went the extra to advocate for my wife with the providers. She never made me feel like an imposition when we called and she took the time to answer our questions and listen to our concerns. She was considerate when providing care and never made us feel like we weren’t the most important patient she had. She always had a smile and an optimistic comment. Many other nurses were professionally competent but none other than Tiffany made us feel they cared how we were. When my wife coded, Tiffany was working on another floor. She recognized the room number and came to check on how I was doing. This is exceptional care and extraordinary nursing!
