Having her familiar face makes the experience relaxed and pleasant.
Kim has been my egg donation care coordinator since 2021. I am now on my fourth cycle, thanks in part to the care Kim shows to her people. She is responsive to messages and great at explaining information when needed.
When my dad had a stroke in November 2022, I had to drive to Massachusetts last minute to be with my family. I was scheduled to start my egg donation medication cycle on Monday and didn't have any meds with me. Kim called the prescription into a local pharmacy and made sure I had what I needed to begin another hopefully successful cycle. She checked in multiple times to see how my dad was doing, and celebrated when he was in a rehab facility and out of the hospital.
Kim has been my nurse on retrieval days as well. On those days, having her familiar face makes the experience relaxed and pleasant. She always has a smile and a story to share and is kind, compassionate, and courteous at every turn.
