Tessa became my friend. She wiped my tears and sat with me when I missed my family Tessa cleaned my room, it looked beautiful. Tessa let me pour my heart out about my whole family and always made me feel better. Tessa came down to see me even when she wasn’t down on the floor. She waved me on when I was walking the halls. Tessa, I wouldn’t have made it through those lonely nights without you, talking about girls and all. Thank you, Tessa. I don’t know what I would of done without you.

So very patient and kind to my father, even though he can be very stubborn and difficult. She went over and above to explain things over and over again. She was firm but kind and kept Dad calm and he enjoyed her. She went out of her way to find him a “lunch” tray at 1:45. Very gracious to the family and lets us know where he would be moving to and what time to expect the Dr. on the next day. She promised to come to visit my Dad the next morning even though he was no longer in her pod and did! Tessa certainly made a difficult situation easier for her patient and his family and brightened Dad's day!
