I have been transferred between different departments, but there is one nurse who has made an impression on me. 

Mr. Rajesh Chellen was my assigned nurse in the Stroke Unit. He always followed up to check on my health each day. There was never a day when he failed to exchange his usual greetings with me and my family. 

He would first greet me, then check on my health and compare my status from the previous days if there has been any improvement. He made sure that I do not lack anything I need for the day and ensured that I have taken my food and medications on time. Even during my sleep, he would come and check with my family to check if the night was okay and if they needed anything.

Overall, Mr. Rajesh is an amazing human being and a wonderful nurse. My family who came over to take care of me have also seen his efforts and they appreciate his excellent service.
