Chadney truly exemplifies the MH Service Commitment Standards: caring, efficient, and personalized!

One of our patients and their family expressed gratitude for the amazing care that Chadney provided to them when we conducted the discharge callback. The patient could not even begin to tell me how impressed he was with the time Chadney had spent with him to go through the discharge instructions. Chadney gave the patient and family members as much time as needed to explain his treatment plan and follow-up instructions. Chadney was very thoughtful and attentive in her response to the patient and family. 

Chadney also took time in her busy work day to provide in services to all 3 South staff regarding heparin drips, bladder irrigations, and helped facilitate an observation of a two-nurses skin check. During MDDR Chadney assisted the entire team with difficult discharges and follow-ups. She is enthusiastic and support to all. Chadney consistently provides support, encouragement, and engagement with her staff on the unit. 

I appreciate Chadney's ability to help guide and assist 3 South's nursing team with following up to help improve patient care along with incorporating the need to meet the floor's metrics. Her courage, compassion, and dedication to the MHGH community are appreciated!
