Lisa went above and beyond for my mother. She was admitted and the 7 am nurse came on shift; it was Lisa. Mom was irritable and so sick and Lisa worked her charm and expert nursing skills and put a smile and comfort in my Mom! Mom was having difficulty with her kidneys and it was Lisa who realized there was a problem and discovered my mom's bladder was not emptying as it should and leaving mom in much discomfort. Mom complained about this for months. In 10 minutes Lisa had answers, called a urologist and we now have a plan. Without Lisa’s caring ways and going that extra mile this might not have happened.

Lisa is so efficient and knows her job! She goes over and above what is required by her supervisors or her patients. Without Lisa we might not have the answers we need nor would we have had the expert care we received! She made a hospital stay as good as it could be under the circumstances.
