Molly is special to me because she embodied the phrase "going above & beyond" in one of the scariest, most helpless times of my entire life. I am a wife, mother of teenagers, and manager of a large corporate property. I am quite familiar with being patient, listening to people, being a voice of reason and reassurance, and not showing stress. All of these got tested to the fullest and my life was turned upside down when what we thought was a common cold ended up swelling his neck shut 15 hours later, him being found by my son, and admitted to ICU. Molly was our angel. She was reassuring, knowledgeable, understanding, and knew how to handle us and our situation so professionally and personally. She explained every step/procedure to us, made me feel calm, and informed, and let me know that any question I had was valid. Huge in situations like this! She made such a difference to me and my husband. We are only 1 family that she touched of how many? Things would not have gone as smoothly without her, that I know, and for that, I will forever be grateful.
