I have witnessed Cindy as an Extraordinary Nurse. Cindy has great values. I always look forward to working with her. I respect her opinions and the compassion and care she gives her patients. Cindy proactively advocates for her patients, updates the care team regularly regarding new signs and symptoms, and uses her intuitive knowledge. She is quick to make patients and families safe and comfortable with her warm compassionate personality. I feel she is an Extraordinary Nurse because of her overall commitment to not only patients but to peers as well when she shows much concern for others in their personal crises. Cindy is always willing to trade shifts to help her peers. I love working with Cindy because I know she has great values and much respect for her craft. I will follow her lead.
