My friend suffered a stroke. When I arrived to check on him, I was pleased with the amazing care and professionalism this nurse gave him. She explained everything to me so that I understood his condition very well. My friend had another stroke while I was visiting. This nurse immediately jumped into action by speaking calmly to him, assuring him he was okay. That amazing skill she showed was something I haven’t seen since living in Las Vegas for 3 years. I am used to that kind of skilled nurses in Boston, MA. It is a delight to see that skill in Mountainview Hospital. This nurse has a bedside manner that is bar none. She shows care, respect, and compassion to her patients. My family was and is blessed to have her for 12 hrs of our time. We wish it was the entire time.

This experience has been difficult on our family but this nurse made it one that we will never forget. And she made us feel more comfortable about being there at Mountainview Hospital. Some people sign on to a job for the money and others do it for the passion and love for taking care of people. This nurse is the one that does it for the passion and the love. She needs to be recognized with honors. She is a phenomenal woman, nurse, and hero.
