My husband had a CAGB done and was on your floor. I cannot stress enough how great the care was on your floor. We were there for 5 days and we did not come across a single RN/RT/tech who was not excellent. 

My husband and I were extremely shaken up after his high-risk surgery. It was late in the day surgery and being a nurse, I was looking at his slew of critical drips and thinking about what could go wrong. Jennifer came in at night and it was like “Everything will be ok now.” She took care of us emotionally with her calm demeanor. She spent the first hour in the room making him comfortable. Taking care of his pain with meds but also gently bathing him at his most vulnerable time. A warm bath, a back massage, a clean bed, and a gentle touch. He and I knew we would be okay. We had the good fortune of having her for 3 nights. Our status changed from ICU to step-down PCU but her care remained the same. We saw her running all night but we never felt rushed.

In my 17 years of nursing, I have yet to meet a nurse like her. I have adopted some of her nursing styles in my practice and feel like a better nurse. We would like to extend our gratitude to your amazing staff.
