Will was amazing. I had so many questions regarding my blood pressure and all of the other vital signs that were out of whack with me. Will took his time to work with me and explain everything. This nurse had so much compassion and empathy; I was blown away. He took his time to help me, calm me down, and just explained everything. He was fantastic.

I have been in and out of the hospital this year many times but have never had a more kind and more amazing nurse than Will. Will spoke with me at length while the pain was so intense that it would ease and I would get some sleep. I know this was something little but it was so meaningful to me. He changed all of my bandages but first eased all of my pain. I would only hope I have Will as my nurse if I have to visit Memorial again.
