Melissa was literally so amazing! She made my mom feel so special. Melissa has a huge heart and nursing is definitely her calling. Every time she came to work, she had an amazing attitude and an even better work ethic. She is so passionate about caring for her patients. She went out of her way to make sure that not only my mom was always comfortable, but also any family members that were there, were too. She is an extremely smart and knowledgeable nurse, taking the time to explain everything she was doing and how things worked. Being in the hospital, let alone in the ICU, can be stressful, but Melissa made our time there as least stressful as possible. She has such a warm and caring personality. She will forever be a huge factor in my mom’s healing.
