Maroof is a very kind, gentle, and a very humble person.
Maroof has been working the 11:30 shift on and off since I have been a patient here going on 16 days. The first thing Maroof does on shift change is to come into my room to say hello and ask how I have been doing. I can feel that he is genuinely happy to see me. He also asks me if I need to address any concerns I have had during the day. After making his rounds, he promptly returns to check my vitals and dispense medications as necessary. Maroof is a very kind, gentle, and a very humble person. He is on the quiet side and does not say too much but I can tell that he is actually aware of all of my medical issues (like leg swelling, liquid intake, etc...) and that he indiscreetly keeps an eye on these problem areas. He makes sure he reminds me gently and not aggressively to put my feet up. Whenever I press the call button, he is in my room within 1-2 minutes or less to see to my needs. I know that when he is here to care for me, I am in the best possible hands and that gives me a great sense of security and safety because I am dealing with so many different people. I feel he really watches out for my best interests by making sure everyone else is doing what they need to take care of me. He has made an incredible difference in my stay here as far as truly caring and giving extraordinary care. You are lucky to have him as an employee of Kaiser.
