Cody has been working during the day, as well as night shifts, during the last several months I have been under treatment at Charing Cross Hospital. I have really been impressed with the service I received from my nurses, Cody especially because I have seen Cody attending to her patients with gentle care even during early morning hours. I’m a cancer patient with my pelvic bone destroyed due to cancer that has left me with very limited mobility. On top of that during some of the nights, I’m hooked to chemo. Drinking lots of water & being on chemo would make me need to go to the bathroom several times during the night. The reason why I think Cody is a DAISY Nurse is that no matter how many times I had to request Cody to help me to go to the bathroom, I have always found Cody ready to help and also no matter how late at night I asked Cody for help, she was always there to help me while I was hooked with chemo & had to walk to escort me to the bathroom late at night or very early mornings. I also noticed if I asked Cody for any help without realising that it was night shift end time, Cody was always there to help me without making me realise that it was shift end time for her. Cody’s commitment to her profession is exemplary. Cody is a true DAISY Nurse.
