Diane went above and beyond each and every time she entered the room to care for my mother. She was informative, understanding, and all-around a kind spirit. Diane was constantly reassuring and able to comfort my mother regarding her status. Each time something was being done, the process was explained and there was an open room for questions. Diane was beyond organized and resourceful in her care. She came in each time with information, reassurance, and the intent to get what needed to be done, done. She excelled at following through with each and everything she said. Aside from incorporating the above and below statements, Diane goes above and beyond. Her attitude is always professional and she conducts herself in a positive and welcoming fashion. I have worked with Diane for many years in the EMS realm, and I know when I am taking patients from her, that they had been well cared for until my arrival. This remained true from start to finish with this visit. Being a healthcare professional sometimes makes us the worst kind of patients or family members - but my knowledge and understanding was taken into account each and every time a treatment option was available, a lab result flagged or a question was raised. I felt like a team member during that time and was involved in all aspects. Aside from exemplary care, the respect that was exercised towards myself and my mother was above and beyond. Every time Diane entered the room to perform a task or check in, I was equally as cared for. There was not a moment during the treatment that I was not asked if I needed anything, if I had any questions, etc. Despite the ED being overwhelmingly busy, not once did an interaction feel rushed or bothersome. This was an incredibly stressful situation for me (daughter) and I felt at ease knowing that the team caring for my mother consisted of Diane and other Fox team members.
