Lisa has gone above and beyond for her staff. We have been severely short-staffed of both nurses and patient care techs which has taken a toll on staff both mentally as well as physically. Lisa has done all that she can within her power to advocate for her staff but most importantly for the patients. There have been several occasions where charge nurses have had to take on a full patient load as well as run charge. Lisa has come on several weekend days to run as charge nurse so we are fully staffed and can take adequate, quality care of our patients. Our department has critically ill patients and Lisa does an amazing job of caring for her staff and even more so the patients. Lisa is hands-down the best nurse manager I’ve had in my career and if it were not for her I do not know where I’d be.

Lisa has been doing everything she can to help our unit and the short-staffing issues that we've been having lately. She has even gone so far above and beyond as to come in on her weekends off so that our charge RN doesn't have to be PCC and has a full grasp of super sick patients.
