Joayana is an excellent nurse. She recently stepped into a band 6 senior staff nurse role on the Defoe ward. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the ward is safe and well-managed. Joayana is kind and caring to her patients and an excellent role model for the staff on the ward.
