Baylee took care of my twin girls while they were in the level 2 nursery. I had my twins at 36 weeks and 1 day and both of them needed a little assistance with breathing. As a Mom, it was extremely hard and quite terrifying to not be able to see your babies for the first few hours of their life when you know they are needing special care. When I was finally to go see them, I felt at ease immediately after I met and talked to this nurse and knew she’d be with my girls.

Baylee was the calm in my postpartum storm as I like to call it. To fully taking care of one of the girls nightly to making sure we got constant updates when we weren’t in the nursery and everything in between. This nurse was extremely informative to us and upfront about our daughters’ care. She is extremely diligent, attentive, and caring. A great example of this is that this nurse noticed baby B was struggling more than she should have been and reacted and took care of it right away by contacting the pediatrician immediately to best change her care and explained absolutely everything to us. She did this in the most calming way, perfectly explaining what was happening in order to cause the concern and what the pediatrician said along with the plan of care would be. When I knew this nurse was with my girls, I knew that they were getting amazing care. She came to check on us as a family to see how everybody was doing. She went above and beyond for us and our little girls. This was amazing and much appreciated. I could really tell she is meant for this job.
