My mother was admitted from the ER only expecting to stay overnight for observation which turned out to be a much longer stay than expected. Grace made her feel so comfortable and her bedside manner -- we cannot speak highly enough of how much it meant to her and myself!

There was no hesitation in answering questions and was very gentle in handling my mother in and out of bed with her limitations. She made her feel more at ease in a stressful and unexpected situation.
