I was brought to the hospital for a hemorrhagic shock due to an ectopic pregnancy. From the moment I met Cresta, I knew I was going to be all right. She has a wonderful calming aura about her that puts you at ease when she comes into the room. She is not in a hurry to leave the room. She was professional and friendly, which is exactly what you need at the hospital...a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond as a nurse. Instead of delegating tasks to others, she made sure to get things done promptly herself. Whoever has her here at St. Joseph should consider themselves fortunate. An added bonus is that she smells fabulous!!! Which is very refreshing in a hospital full of non-pleasant smells. Thank you, Cresta. I appreciate you.
