My husband had been given a powerful pain medication and when it started taking effect, he became uncontrollable when I buzzed for a nurse Nancy came immediately and calmed him down several times during the night. She did a great job calming him down and being so helpful each time we needed help. She was “Johnny on the spot”.

Nancy went above and beyond. As soon as I pushed the RN button, she arrived to help get my dad up to use the bathroom. She was always available and made it seem as though we were her only patient. She made a great connection and my dad as I’m sure she does with all her patients.

Nancy stopped what she was doing mid-shift and answered all my questions. She is a true professional and an asset to Mercy Health!
