First, she saw me earlier than my appointment time. Since I was in the unit already seeing my mental health nurse. Then she saw me for the issue I was having. She answered all my questions about other issues unrelated and explained everything very well. She told me what she found out about the things she had to call on. When I came back less than 2 hours later, she met me at the door and she followed up with all my questions about community care consults and even sent a note to the urologist for me. She was very kind, compassionate, caring, and professional. Really went above what I expected and was the first time I met her.
