I cannot think of a person more deserving of The DAISY Award than Brenda. She is one of the hardest-working people I know. You never hear her complain about her assignment or the load she is given, she just gets the work done. She is always in the room right next to her aide giving baths or helping to change people and she is the first to help out a fellow nurse when they need help. She is excellent when we have new nurses, and she teaches them in a stern but caring way. I know that a lot of people don't get to see it because she works nights but the patients she cares for as well as CRMC are extremely lucky to have her on our team!
