I have been a patient at the Family Fertility Center (FFC) since December 2021. Polly has been my main nurse the entire time. The first time I met her I instantly knew she was very passionate about what she does and the FFC. Going through IVF is never an easy process but doing it for the first-time initial logistics and planning are very overwhelming. I would have been lost without Polly. She goes out of her way to make a difficult, extensive, and detailed process understandable and will not stop until she knows you are stress-free and ready to dive in. Her exemplary care goes beyond in-person visits; she’s the same when communicating through the patient portal, she creates detailed (and easily understandable) information packets about everything involved in the IVF and FET process. She hosts a nurse-teaching class to show you how to use all the medications (injections). She checks in with you regularly about medication, supplies, treatment plans, etc. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. She is not only the best nurse I’ve ever had, but also one of the best people I’ve ever met. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 8 years and Polly exceeds every standard of care or nurse expectation. The FFC would be nothing without all the hard work. Polly does behind the scenes managing each patient’s treatment plan and managing the clinic. No one is more deserving of The DAISY Award.
