I have been admitted to this hospital on many occasions. On several stays, this nurse has been my room nurse. Every time I have been and this nurse was my nurse I have had as enjoyable of an experience as is possible to have when you’re stuck in the hospital. Every time I am in the hospital even if she isn’t my nurse, she always stops at my room just to say “hello”. That always gives me a feeling of being safe and wanted. She always checks in on me and makes sure that I am comfortable or if I need anything. And nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is sweet and kind, thoughtful and generous. She is always happy to share her knowledge with me. Being a nurse, she knows things about my health conditions that I don’t, and she is always happy to explain things in a manner that doesn’t make me feel stupid. She never makes me feel as if I am an intrusion or imposition on her time. She always makes me feel that I am welcome as her patient anytime. She has the kindest eyes and voice that I’ve heard in a very long time, and she has an excellent bedside manner. I am always happy for her to be my nurse when I have to be a patient. I am so thankful for people like her.
