She helped calm me down and feel so much better.
Kiara has provided me with excellent care. She has gone out of her way to make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need. She has gone out of her way to get answers to any questions I have. My boyfriend was in the cafeteria getting food and instead of making me wait, she changed all my sheets, got me more and bigger pads, and was gonna help me with my shower but my boyfriend got back right before I got in the shower. She could tell I was very nervous about my upcoming C-section because I have never had one before. So she stayed in my room to comfort me and answer any questions and concerns I had about my C-section. She helped calm me down and feel so much better. She actually makes me feel like a person in this hospital and not just another number that comes into the hospital and leaves. She always makes sure I have clean underwear, pads, body wash, and shampoo or anything I need before she leaves my room or before her shift ends. She makes sure I am feeling ok and everything before she leaves. She always introduces me to the nurse taking over for her and always tells them all the information they need to know about me before she leaves. She can tell when I am not feeling well or when I am starting to feel bad before I can even say anything to her. I have issues taking pills and she went out of her way along with working with the other nurses to figure out ways to make it easier for me to take my medication. She never gave up on helping me figure out ways to help me with anything I needed help with. She has definitely been my favorite nurse out of all the hospitals I have been admitted to or visited. She has never given up on helping me or finding someone else who can whether it’s for information on any questions any health concerns I have about me or my baby. She definitely chose the perfect career in my opinion because she actually cares about people and doesn’t pretend to care. I would choose her every time as my nurse if I could.
