Jordan mentored me from my very first day in the operating room. She is the reason I am where I am today. I watched her grow from always being charge nurse to a Clinical Coordinator. Then into her new role as the Nursing Professional Development Specialist for periop. She also received her BSN and MSN along the way. She is a source of encouragement and knowledge to every member of our operating room team. Jordan goes above and beyond in every aspect. Her patient care skills are amazing. She always prioritizes safety. She educates new nurses to be safe and compassionate. These are also her traits. When I expressed the desire to apply for the Clinical Ladder as well as become a Clinical Coordinator, she was supportive and encouraged me in every way. I could not have accomplished all of this without her!
