Reyna is an amazing Emergency room RN. She always takes the best care of her patients and has an amazing bedside manner. She is always polite and courteous to coworkers. I am a housekeeper and she always communicates what's going on as we know the ER can be very hectic at times but when she is here and a lot of the times she is in charge of a pod she handles it very well, never gets stressed out everything runs very smooth when she's in charge. I watch her communicate with patients and it makes me want to be a nurse myself. She is just an amazing person all around. If I had to be a patient in the ER I would definitely want her as a nurse.
