I came to be here, as I needed emergency hand surgery. Deanna was my RN on the first day after surgery. She made such an impression on me. Kind, caring, and very professional. She truly made me feel at ease as my hand was in bad shape. Throughout the day I was given several rounds of IV antibiotics and I was quite scared as to what might happen to my hand. She did everything in her power to keep me informed. She was kind and light-hearted when needed to be. Her actions were in my eyes a saving grace to me. Her plan for my pain management was spot on and could not have been better, kept my pain well under control. She was also super busy that day, yet never once forgot about me ever. She is a credit to her profession as well as this hospital. Her actions should not go overlooked. She kept me relaxed and calm. Please recognize her for going above and beyond her duties.
