He has a quiet confidence about him, which assures you and your family member is in good hands. He exhibits the perfect combination of professionalism, compassion, and competence.
Our family has received care from the Saddleback group of doctors for decades and they are all truly excellent. But I thought I'd take a moment to let you know about our experience with Daniel, my mother's nurse because of the extraordinary care he provided.
There are no appropriate gestures of appreciation. Simply put Daniel was always present whenever he was needed. He has a quiet confidence about him, which assures you and your family member is in good hands. He exhibits the perfect combination of professionalism, compassion, and competence. I don't know how he managed to support the needs of all his patients, while also remaining accessible. He was there in the hallway with his monitor upon each of my arrivals and exits. Daniel always found time to share concise details regarding her condition at that moment.
When my mother went into what appeared to be a seizure, Daniel was literally standing at the door of her room, with his monitor, and was quick to assemble all the medical personnel needed to swiftly respond to her distress. Daniel charged with my mother's care for the first two days, upon her arrival. After that dramatic episode, she was taken to ICU and subsequently, unexpectedly implanted with a pacemaker. When my mother returned to the back 3rd floor, post-surgery, though Daniel was not her assigned nurse that day, he came in to check on her in the morning and told her she had been on his mind, and he wanted to make sure she was doing okay.
Daniel is phenomenal both in character and professional competence. He is like a guardian angel. And we are so appreciative of the care and comfort he provided while my mother was hospitalized.
