I would like to nominate Wendy Pham for The DAISY Award. During our visit, we noticed how our dad’s nurse, Wendy Pham, was the most attentive and lovely nurse we have ever encountered. She was quoting stories that my father tells just as if she were one of the family. At one point Wendy saw me walking down the hall and came straight to me and asked if I need anything, wow! She is so very aware of her environment and the needs of patients and their families! Just a joy to have met her.

Knowing that my father is in great hands is a relief for the whole family! This all caught my attention and I wanted to know how to reward such kindness and diligence. Well, thank goodness for the DAISY Award! How can I ever thank Wendy Pham, will you all do it for me? One DAISY Award for the best flower with sunshine power on the 6th floor west!

I would like to nominate Wendy Pham for the Daisy Award. The moment I walked into my Pappy’s room, Wendy was assisting us with chairs to feel more homey when visiting with him. Wendy is the most pleasant person I’ve encountered taking care of patients in a long time. Wendy deserves to get the DAISY Award for the passion she puts into her work. She has lovely bedside manners and I love that she knows some of my Pap’s stories, like she is a part of the family. She is very attentive to everything that is happening around her and I can’t say it enough, my family loves Wendy! I hope all nurses are like her in every way!
