I have been a patient of the Saratoga Family Practice for about 20 years, mainly receiving preventive care. As this is my health care provider, I entrust the professional staff with important decisions, including discussion and advice to direct my course of "wellness" and help me to maintain an approach to a healthy lifestyle. My appointment begins with a reason-for-visit review with Loren, which gives me confidence that I'll meet my goal that day of getting to address any specific medical concern, such as a follow-up to medication or uncertainty about a condition I want to mention to my Primary Care Provider.

Periodically, when I have needed blood tests, Nurse Loren conducted the blood draw: putting me at ease with his polite approach and helpful narration that gets me relaxed before the sampling begins and also keeps me at ease throughout the procedure. It's always consistently been a painless experience and I am thankful for Loren's carefulness.

During my recent office examination, I asked my Primary Care Physician about a hearing problem I was having with my right ear. Loren was called into the examining room and he conducted an irrigation of my right ear. Again, the procedure I received from Loren was not only successful in alleviating the blockage and clearing the wax buildup that improved my hearing but also was done without any amount of discomfort to me. I sincerely appreciate Loren's natural ability for patient care and the considerable consideration for his patients! I cannot thank Loren enough for adding to my overall healthcare experience at Saratoga Family Practice.
