I stayed with my sister S in ICU for six days. Gretchen was her nurse for several of those days, and it was evident early on that she was by far the very best nurse we had. Gretchen demonstrated inspiring dedication, compassion, and expertise in her field and also made evident her exceptional communication skills. Gretchen consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my sister received the highest quality care and attention. Gretchen always took the time to listen to our concerns and provided detailed explanations regarding her actions and care.
