With great compassion and enthusiasm, Lyndsey strives to ensure that the patients receive the best care possible. Lyndsey works to improve processes on the unit, provides education for staff, comes up with creative ways of supporting them in their day-to-day activities, and recognizes them for their great work in patient care.

In one recent example after working a very hard night shift, Lyndsey stayed to help the dayshift manage a patient who needed extra care and attention.

As part of the unit council, Lyndsey plans fun and creative ways to celebrate the staff throughout the year.

On numerous occasions, Lyndsey has intervened on behalf of the patient and escalated as needed to make sure that the care was safe and efficient.

Lyndsey is a great support for staff, a valuable member of the nursing leadership team, and most importantly an unapologetic defender of the patient.
